Job Overview

Position Summary: This role is primarily focused on providing innovative solutions, with potential for remote work for suitable candidates.

As technology consultants, our teams engage in diverse projects for various clients. You may shape the automation strategies for large retailers, develop applications for financial institutions, or assist government clients in modernizing and transforming their platforms using cutting-edge cloud technologies. You will leverage the latest methodologies in Lean and Agile practices, tackle critical challenges, and push your limits daily. Your leadership will be crucial in steering these initiatives toward successful outcomes.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in writing high-quality, thoroughly tested code. While we embrace various programming languages, expertise in Object-Oriented programming and Java is essential.
  • Experience with Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery methodologies, including Continuous Integration, Test-Driven Development, and Infrastructure as Code, is required.

Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, OpenShift, Docker, or Kubernetes is advantageous.

  • Willingness to learn and stay updated with emerging trends and technologies.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in AWS Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Compliance is preferred.
  • Experience with AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure setup and management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of AWS security protocols, including IAM and policy management, particularly in GovCloud contexts.
  • Knowledge of AWS IaaS, including the maintenance and management of services in a cloud setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing AWS environments, especially in government-regulated settings like AWS GovCloud.

  • Projects may require on-site client engagement, so candidates should be adaptable and willing to travel frequently.
  • Candidates must be United States Citizens.
  • Successful candidates will exhibit strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, self-management, and a passion for technology.
  • This position is primarily in-person with opportunities for hybrid remote work.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
  • Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • This role is typically conducted in a standard office environment or home office.
  • Involves the use of general office equipment and personal computing devices.
  • Travel is required, with various means of transportation, including air travel.
  • May require flexible work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
