Position Title: Cloud Solutions Architect specializing in Telecom BSS/OSS & Emerging Technologies

Employment Type: W2 / C2C / 1099

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated expertise as an Enterprise Architect with a specialization in Telecom BSS/OSS sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, particularly TOGAF.
  • AWS Solution Architect certification is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud computing technologies (AWS).
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, enabling effective collaboration with diverse groups.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture tools such as Lucidchart and Figma.
  • Proven track record of working with major retail partners.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of telecom-specific processes including PCRF, billing, and customer onboarding.
  • Utilize extensive understanding of Telecom BSS/OSS domains, covering integration, customer onboarding, sales processes, order fulfillment, billing, payment, supply chain management, network provisioning, and product catalog management.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with various architects within the organization to create optimal architectural designs.
  • Design and document innovative architectures, emphasizing scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for technological advancements and enhancements.
  • Demonstrate expertise in telecom customer processes such as PCRF, discounts, quotations, refunds, and billing.
  • Leverage AWS Solution Architect certification knowledge, focusing on security measures, firewalls, authentication, API gateways, Lambda, SQS, SNS, Kafka, ECS, and EC2.
  • Utilize enterprise architecture tools effectively while considering stakeholder feedback and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
