Sales and Marketing Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, initiating and expediting the home buying process, and achieving sales goals. A strong understanding of sales processes and procedures is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing:
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by identifying and qualifying prospects, initiating and expediting the home buying process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, Realtors, and other stakeholders to promote Ashton Woods homes and services.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to homebuyers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a fair, transparent, and respectful manner.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with customers, Realtors, and other stakeholders to promote Ashton Woods homes and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Complete all necessary paperwork and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-5 years of sales and marketing experience in the homebuilding industry.
- Valid driver's license and insurance required for business travel.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
