Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience as a Retail Associate & Cashier
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish bilingualism is strongly preferred
  • Basic math skills
  • Hands-on experience with point of sale transactions
  • Familiarity with inventory management procedures
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, customer-service-oriented demeanor
  • Experience operating forklifts and equipment is a plus
  • Basic computer skills are advantageous
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years

Additional Skills and Abilities:

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift weights without assistance
  • Continuous standing, walking, stooping, and bending
  • Capability to perform twisting movements

Work Environment:

As a Sales Specialist at OUTDOOR LIVING SUPPLY LLC, you will be employed in a retail environment specializing in landscape materials for contractors and homeowners. Be prepared to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including exposure to dust.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position.
