Bottomless is a pioneering startup revolutionizing the coffee industry with innovative products that are actively utilized by numerous consumers and coffee roasters. We are in search of a proactive individual with a background in business operations and organizational support.

Role Overview:

This multifaceted position provides exposure to both our Support and Vendor Management divisions. As a Vendor Manager, you will act as the primary liaison for our extensive network of coffee roasters, ensuring precision in order fulfillment and addressing vendor-related concerns.

In the capacity of a Customer Support Specialist, your duties will encompass assisting clients with technical inquiries regarding our offerings. This involves resolving issues, proposing solutions, and guiding users through product features and functionalities.

Vendor Management Duties:

  • Oversee communication with our network of over 50 coffee roasters
  • Facilitate connections between vendors and consumers
  • Monitor and confirm successful vendor fulfillment
  • Manage vendor packaging supply planning processes
  • Evaluate vendor performance and fulfillment accuracy
  • Recommend enhancements for the vendor portal

Customer Support Duties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via various communication channels
  • Identify customer needs and assist in utilizing specific product features
  • Analyze and document product malfunctions
  • Maintain internal databases with technical issue records
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to the team
  • Engage with customers to ensure resolution of technical issues
  • Gather customer feedback and relay it to internal teams
  • Manage various internal processes and external communications as necessary
  • Offer recommendations for performance enhancements
  • Handle a high volume of customer service emails daily
  • Assist with shipping, returns, special projects, and meeting documentation

Required Skills:
