Position Overview:
The Logistics Operations Coordinator will oversee real-time operational challenges related to transportation, manufacturing, distribution, and administration. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless logistics operations and enhancing the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary scheduling liaison for apheresis centers, manufacturing facilities, couriers, and logistics partners.
  • Develop and maintain patient schedules in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage collection, delivery, and manufacturing processes.
  • Identify and resolve issues throughout the patient journey, ensuring timely interventions.
  • Engage with internal and external partners via phone and email to facilitate operations.
  • Document and analyze feedback from customers and partners to improve service delivery.
  • Participate in tactical meetings and contribute to operational discussions.
  • Support daily operational activities and assist in shift transitions.
  • Provide real-time assistance to external users through our scheduling portal.
  • Manage requests and issues within the case management system effectively.
  • Be available for on-call and holiday support as needed.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and documentation requirements.
  • Occasional overtime and weekend support may be required.
  • Travel may be necessary but will remain minimal.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum of 3 years).
  • Experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $35 - $40.55 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Innova Solutions offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and more.
