Role Overview:
As a rapidly growing startup, we are seeking a proactive individual with a background in business operations and organizational management. This multifaceted role will provide you with the opportunity to engage with both our Support and Vendor Management teams.
Vendor Management Duties:
- Serve as the main liaison for our extensive network of coffee roasters.
- Ensure accurate fulfillment and address any vendor-related challenges.
- Monitor and validate successful vendor operations.
- Oversee vendor supply chain processes.
- Evaluate vendor performance and fulfillment metrics.
- Propose enhancements for the vendor management system.
Customer Support Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries efficiently through various communication channels.
- Identify customer needs and assist them in navigating product features.
- Investigate and document product issues.
- Maintain comprehensive records of technical inquiries.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve customer experience.
