The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Liaison to join our team. As an Account Liaison, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our clients, warehouse partners, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Order Management: Responsible for daily order management, including communication, adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, and issue management communication, inventory accuracy, and communication.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Technical troubleshooting to diagnose and correct systematic errors within our Warehouse Management System and beyond.
- Client Support: Support warehouse partner needs via various communication channels and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Order Processing: Performing the accurate processing, input, and updating of customer orders.
- Exception Tracking: Detailed exception tracking and communication to clients.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, warehouse partners, and clients to resolve or avert issues.
- Customer Service: Maintain a high level of positive customer service expectations.
- Customer Service Experience: 1+ year customer service experience.
- Call Center Experience: Prior call center experience, or similar skills are preferred.
- Time Management and Interpersonal Skills: Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills and ability to leverage new computer programs.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task and remain organized during high volumes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent listening and communication (written and verbal) are vital.
- Cultural Fit: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while maintaining a customer-focused mindset is key.
