Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Representative to join our team at Kansas City Standard. As a key member of our customer acquisition team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving customer acquisition success, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and deliver exceptional customer service to clients.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and campaign reports, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in customer relations, account management, or a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a high level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
