Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Confer with clients to provide information about products and services, and support them in the business associated with their account.
- Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Support clients and teams with project management, fulfillment organization, and other daily activities.
