Job Description
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales
  • Budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes
  • Familiar with CRM Software
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of the sales process

The estimated salary for this role is $75,000.00 per year, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a guaranteed base salary, car allowance, and generous commission plan.

Requirements
  • A strong, professional Outside Sales Representative with a minimum of 1 year B2B sales experience.
  • A self-driven individual that can manage oneself while maintaining their integrity.
  • One who excels in relationship building, communication and problem solving, while illustrating critical thinking and maintaining a proactive/positive attitude.
  • Someone accustomed to or comfortable working directly with business owners, C-Level and other professionals.
  • Someone who wants to fill a significant role within the company and not just be an anonymous player.
  • Must have a Hunter mentality and demonstrate proven ability to close sales
