Job Description

As an Insurance Business Development Representative, you will work with warm leads from individuals seeking life insurance products. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting clients to schedule appointments and discuss their insurance needs
  • Writing applications for requested life insurance products that fit clients' budgets and requirements

You will be mentored by experienced agency managers who have achieved success using our proven methods and practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A willingness to obtain a life/health insurance license within 10-14 days (we can assist with the process)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
