We are recruiting for a highly motivated and empathetic Social Services Specialist to join our Maternal Support Services team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with pregnant women and new mothers, providing them with support, guidance, and resources to help them navigate the challenges of pregnancy and parenthood.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing individualized counseling sessions, group therapy, and case management services to our clients. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with local community organizations and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
