Maternity Support Services Nurse Position:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse to join our team at Sea Mar Community Health Centers. As a Maternity Support Services Nurse, you will work closely with our MSS program to deliver comprehensive care to expectant mothers and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prenatal and postnatal care to pregnant women and new mothers.
  • Conduct home visits and assessments to identify client needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote healthy outcomes.
  • Collaborate with community resources and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document all interactions and interventions in electronic medical records.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Washington State.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least one year of experience working in maternal/child health or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
