About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Disability Support Specialist to join our team at Inclusive Support Services NW LLC. This role requires someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct support to clients during community activities, advocating for their rights and access to community resources and services, and teaching and reinforcing social, communication, and life skills to enhance clients' independence and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  3. Skill Building: Teach and reinforce social, communication, and life skills to enhance clients' independence and confidence.
  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of clients' progress, activities, and any incidents.
