We are excited to offer a unique sales opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our team as a West Coast Territory Manager. This role offers a competitive salary, bonus potential, and the chance to work with a leading company in the HPC storage market.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in developing and managing high-value sales opportunities. They will be responsible for building and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the West Coast region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the West Coast region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major accounts, including Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, marketing, and product development, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 10+ years of successful professional sales experience in the HPC storage market, with a proven track record of achieving revenue and quota targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong operational and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is between $160,000 and $200,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus potential based on performance.
