We are seeking a motivated and personable Case Evaluation Specialist to join our Sales team at West Coast Trial Lawyers.

About the Role

As a Case Evaluation Specialist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients seeking legal representation. Your primary responsibility will be to gather essential information to evaluate the viability of each case and determine if it meets our criteria for representation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial consultations with potential clients over the phone in both English and Spanish.
  • Gather pertinent details about the client's case, including legal issues, facts, and circumstances.
  • Assess the viability and strength of potential cases based on predetermined criteria.
  • Provide clear and compassionate feedback to clients regarding the outcome of the case evaluation process.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case evaluations in the firm's client database (Filevine).
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and other team members to ensure seamless transition for qualified cases.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Attention to detail and ability to accurately assess and document case information.
  • Comfortable with using technology and proficient in basic computer skills.
