About this Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team at Gartner. The successful candidate will provide expert HR consultation and support to our business leaders and associates, driving business outcomes and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support and consultation to business leaders and associates, addressing talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Assist in the implementation of company-wide and business unit-specific HR programs and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coach business leaders on performance management, talent development, and succession planning, ensuring a high-performing workforce.
  • Proactively manage legal risk, ensuring compliance with HR policies and governmental regulations.
  • Build collaborative relationships with business leaders, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders, driving business outcomes and HR initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, making recommendations and providing solutions to address HR-related challenges.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to drive annual salary, bonus, and equity planning processes, ensuring fair compensation and recognition of high-performing employees.
  • Partner with business leaders to ensure workforce planning alignment with business objectives and budget cycles.
  • Open vacancies in a timely manner, facilitating the recruiting process and partnering with recruiting to attract and retain top talent.
  • Communicate HR initiatives and changes to business leaders and associates through verbal and written communication.
  • Coach business leaders on communicating and implementing change within the business.
  • Ensure organizational changes are implemented in a timely and accurate manner, partnering with HR colleagues and HRIS.
  • Provide coaching and/or programs to address business issues related to talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Facilitate and/or train business leaders and associates on HR programs and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on business partnership and talent management.
  • Ability to deliver HR programs and initiatives that address business issues and drive outcomes.
  • Effective coaching and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on business leaders and associates.
  • Successful track record of superior service delivery, with a focus on business outcomes and HR initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with business leaders, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Consistent demonstration of integrity, collaboration, and a no-limits mindset, with a focus on delivering results and driving business outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on business leaders and associates.
