Role Summary:

We are in search of a proactive HR Generalist with a strong emphasis on recruitment to enhance our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive HR expertise and a genuine enthusiasm for talent acquisition. This position is crucial for attracting, engaging, and retaining exceptional talent while providing comprehensive support across various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee recruitment initiatives, including job advertisements, candidate screening, and interview facilitation.
  • Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to draw in qualified applicants.
  • Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring smooth new hire orientation and integration.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements and offer recruitment insights.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and programs, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulations.
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects related to HR processes.
  • Provide general HR assistance in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Generate reports on turnover, retention, and recruitment for management analysis.

Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate:
  1. High School diploma or GED required.
