Position: Regional Human Resources Partner (Provider Relations)

The Regional Human Resources Partner will serve as a key member of the Human Resources team, focusing on Employee Relations initiatives. This role involves collaboration with the Employee Relations Manager to execute employee relations strategies, policies, and procedures effectively. Key responsibilities include engaging with Providers, offering guidance on compliance and policies, maintaining employee records, and resolving various workplace issues. A solid understanding of employee relations, labor regulations, and HR compliance is crucial.

Location: Central Florida region, covering areas from Sarasota/Tampa and extending northward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise Providers on employee relations issues.
  • Facilitate effective communication between Providers and management.
  • Oversee the corrective action process, address Provider concerns, and conduct investigative interviews.
  • Manage the performance evaluation process and provide training on performance management systems.
  • Address unemployment claims and participate in related hearings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EEO and affirmative action policies.
  • Deliver monthly reports on employee turnover and other relevant metrics to management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee/employer relations.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within the designated region.
