Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to drive business growth and expand our client base. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile lists of prospective clients for use as sales leads, based on information from industry publications, databases, and trusted advisors.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our services and solutions to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Meet pre-defined goals for initial contacts, presentations, proposals, and closed contracts.
  • Manage all leads from initial contact to close of sale, including marketing activities such as teleprospecting and direct mail.
  • Attend and actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling principles and techniques.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
