In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities on the gaming floor, upholding high service standards, and effectively addressing guest concerns. Your focus on guest satisfaction will involve collaborating with various teams to foster a welcoming atmosphere.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess and modify daily staffing requirements for optimal operational efficiency
  • Authorize jackpot payouts and ensure the accurate completion of all related documentation
  • Onboard and train new staff while keeping the team informed on current policies and procedures
  • Record shift details and manage any personnel issues or inquiries
  • Handle guest complaints and perform minor maintenance on gaming machines
  • Stay informed about slot policies, operational procedures, and departmental standards
  • Engage in regular communication with staff, facilitate training sessions, and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Utilize available resources to investigate and address customer claims and gaming disputes

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in business or a related discipline is required
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the casino sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Prior supervisory experience is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Must possess a valid Virginia Racing Commission License and a current Driver's License
