EVS Supervisor

At Colonial Downs + Rosie's Gaming Emporium, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EVS Supervisor to join our team. As an EVS Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our gaming floor, property venues, and public areas.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of EVS Attendants to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests, employees, and vendors.
• Perform routine inspections of public areas to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Assist employees with deep cleaning and other projects as needed.
• Schedule employees to ensure excellent guest services are maintained while meeting business needs.
• Issue assignments to staff and review special requests to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
• Issue supplies and goods to staff at the beginning of their shift to control inventory and expenses.
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and problems to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Generate shift reports and assist with the preparation of detailed daily, weekly, and monthly operating reports.
• Ensure newly assigned staff members complete departmental orientation and provide job-specific training to all new employees.
• Responsible for the selection and performance evaluation of assigned staff, including discipline and termination as necessary.

• Attend required training sessions and obtain necessary licenses.
• Perform duties in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gaming areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco.
• Have knowledge of ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures related to the department.
• Report any acts of wrongdoing of which you may have knowledge.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Six months of previous work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds.
