Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to enhance our Management Consulting team. This role requires a deep understanding of project management to deliver effective solutions that address client needs. You will act as a trusted advisor, gaining insights into our clients' operations, identifying challenges, and crafting strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily project management functions within the digital PMO sector.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to evaluate existing processes and implement innovative business models incorporating new technologies.
  • Manage agenda items for steering committees and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for senior leadership.
  • Employ a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving; facilitate sessions to uncover current state workflows.
  • Convert business requirements into actionable solution designs and develop comprehensive implementation plans.
  • Guide the creation of future state workflows while identifying gaps in processes, interpersonal dynamics, and technical capabilities.
  • Prepare and enhance presentation materials as needed.
  • Develop detailed plans to address gaps between current and future states.
  • Lead client status updates and executive review meetings as necessary.
  • Effectively communicate project statuses, synthesize data, and facilitate updates across various organizational levels.
  • Supervise team members, either directly or indirectly, for specific projects or objectives.

Qualifications

  • Extensive project management experience with a proven ability to operate independently.
  • 8-10 years of experience in digital project or program management.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects within a complex organizational structure.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex issues for clients.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with stakeholders in developing implementation strategies.
  • Thorough understanding of client operations to become a trusted advisor.
  • Experience in identifying risks and collaborating with clients to mitigate issues.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience bridging business and technical teams to deliver timely solutions that meet both strategic and operational needs.
  • Proficient in defining and documenting business processes and requirements.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required; a master's degree or relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
