Position Summary
We are in search of a Senior Program Manager to enhance our Management Consulting team. This role is pivotal in leveraging your project management expertise to deliver effective solutions that align with our clients' objectives. You will immerse yourself in understanding the intricacies of our clients' operations, identifying challenges, and formulating strategies to become their trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily project management tasks within the digital PMO sector.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to evaluate existing processes and implement innovative business models incorporating new technologies.
  • Manage agenda and topics for steering committees and quarterly business reviews.
  • Employ a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving; facilitate sessions to discover current business processes and workflows.
  • Convert business needs into actionable solution designs and develop comprehensive implementation plans.
  • Guide the creation of future state workflows while identifying gaps in processes, interpersonal dynamics, and technical capabilities.
  • Prepare and enhance presentation materials as needed.
  • Develop detailed plans to address gaps between current and future states.
  • Lead client status updates and executive review meetings as required.
  • Effectively communicate project status, synthesize data, and facilitate communication across various organizational levels.
  • Supervise direct or indirect team members for specific projects or objectives.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in project management with the ability to operate independently.
  • 8-10 years of experience in digital project or program management.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple projects within a complex environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex issues for clients.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with stakeholders in developing implementation strategies.
  • Deep understanding of client businesses to establish trust and credibility.
  • Experience in identifying risks and working with clients to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience acting as a liaison between business and technical teams to deliver timely solutions that meet both strategic and operational needs.
  • Proficient in defining and documenting business processes and requirements.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required; a master's degree and/or relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
