The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, supervisory experience, and a passion for community impact work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operating plans to promote program and membership growth.
  • Lead the day-to-day operations, special events, and community campaign portion of the annual campaign.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor staff and volunteers in assigned areas.
  • Develop and expand fitness programming within the community.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff, including personal trainers, group fitness instructors, and wellness coaches.
  • Assess group fitness auditions and ensure high-quality programming.
  • Provide leadership and support to the annual fundraising campaign and volunteer committees/board.
  • Ensure compliance with state and local regulations and maintain high-quality member-focused programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent years of comparable experience.
  • Four or more years of program management and supervisory experience preferred.
  • High energy, positive attitude, flexibility, teamwork, attention to detail, and a high degree of initiative.
  • Ability to direct programs, develop and monitor budgets, and establish and maintain collaborations with community organizations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
