Role Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Program Management Specialist to coordinate and oversee various initiatives within our Institute. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our programs align with our mission and effectively engage with the community. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in program management, exceptional organizational abilities, and a commitment to advancing our objectives through impactful program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all programs and activities within the Institute, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for program enhancement.
- Facilitate coordination of program activities across departments to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Establish evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including faculty, students, and community members.
- Design strategies to engage the community in our programs, ensuring they meet local needs.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on program performance for leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in program management.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred qualifications include a degree in a related field and proven experience in managing multiple programs simultaneously.

Work Schedule:
Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
