Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Leads Integrated Product Teams to achieve successful program execution.
    • Develops prioritized plans and executes the program to that plan.
    • Creates staffing plans and assesses available resources and new hiring needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Assures customer satisfaction in terms of product performance, delivery, cost, and contracted scope.
    • Builds, develops, and maintains close customer relationships.
  • Program Execution and Delivery
    • Plans and executes programs per contractual obligations.
    • Coordinates with marketing personnel and assists in the preparation and implementation of marketing plans.
  • Financial Management and Risk Assessment
    • Prepares and interprets risk analyses and earned value management reports.
    • Establishes budgets and holds Cost Account Managers responsible for adherence.
  • Business Development and Growth
    • Prepares forecasts of new business, sales, and gross profit for annual operating plans.
    • Reviews and approves all contract changes with special attention paid to cost, schedule, and risk elements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years of industry experience.
  • 1+ years of program management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing programs over various phases of the product life cycle.
  • Capable of managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience in the applicable technical area or product line.
  • Ability to complete programs within scope, on time, within budget, and delivering a quality product to the customer with a high level of satisfaction.
