About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Manager to lead our F-35 Training Systems enterprise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business strategy and decision-making
  • Manage and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience working with senior levels of Department of Defense
  • Demonstrated program management experience on complex programs involving Department of Defense systems
  • Experience in DoD contracting and negotiating
  • Demonstrated experience dealing with customer staffs and principles
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading large enterprise mission-based initiatives and program activities
  • Strong background in fighter warfighter training needs and operations
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage, coach, train, and motivate teams
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex matters
