Fragrance Industry Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at House of Sillage. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
Responsibilities- Main point of contact for distributors and retailers both national and international
- Track and create all sales and inventory reports using Excel for upper management
- Process all sales orders and invoices for retailer EDI, dropships, and international sales
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Drive sales growth by 15% within the first six months
- Increase brand awareness by 20% through social media and influencer marketing
- Improve customer satisfaction ratings by 25%
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of account management & marketing experience
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within luxury goods industry, preferably in fragrance or beauty
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
