Job Overview:

The Senior Management Analyst is an integral part of the Process and Continuous Improvement (PCI) team within the Business and Quality Operations Section of the Provider Finance Department (PFD). This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including:

1) orchestrating and executing organizational assessments and evaluations, analyzing systems and procedures,

2) overseeing SharePoint management,

3) sustaining PowerApps and Power Automate workflows,

4) aiding in project oversight,

5) facilitating work simplification assessments, and

6) reviewing operational and procedural manuals to support management in enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.

This position operates under minimal supervision, allowing for initiative and independent decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

Assists in the formulation, execution, and dissemination of policies, procedures, processes, training, and quality assurance initiatives to bolster departmental performance.


Aids in the creation of presentations and discussion points, monitors and reports on performance metrics. Consolidates and presents research findings in a manner that is beneficial and suitable for the target audience.

Collaborates with other PFD teams and divisions under the Chief Financial Officer to ensure appropriate responses and cooperation for both internal and external projects and processes.


Maintains PowerApps, Power Automate workflows, and dashboards.

Manages the PFD SharePoint sites, collaborating with managerial teams to ensure that updated information is readily available and easily accessible on SharePoint pages.


Provides support, guidance, and accountability for team activities, processes, and communications. Assists with departmental coordination to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in producing clear written content, publications, and technical documentation.

Competence in utilizing computer/laptop equipment and relevant Microsoft Power Platform software applications.

Experience with automated systems for documentation, research, and tracking.

Ability to work collaboratively and harmoniously with diverse groups.

Knowledge of organizational development and management practices as they relate to the analysis, evaluation, development, and implementation of programs, policies, and procedures.


Familiarity with data and trend analysis.

Understanding of principles and practices of business operations and management.

Awareness of state and federal laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to health and human services.

Skill in conducting quality assurance activities and identifying trends that indicate a need for policy or process enhancements or additional training.

Ability to assist in directing program activities to establish goals and objectives that align with the strategic plan, and to devise solutions for administrative challenges.


Ability to cultivate and maintain positive, effective working relationships with others.

Capacity to think innovatively and foster creative thinking in others.

Flexibility to adapt in a changing environment.

Ability to develop training materials and instruct and train others.
