Senior System Analyst


Fathom Management LLC is in search of a Senior System Analyst who possesses a deep understanding of business process flows and the technical interfaces that support our customer acquisition initiatives.


Location: Remote

Salary: Competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience and performance in technical evaluations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Thorough comprehension of the OAL lifecycle and its framework.
  • Proficient in the Electronic Contract Management System (eCMS) suite and EASS Helpdesk.
  • Familiarity with external federal systems such as SAM and FPDS.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical challenges.
  • Overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of existing systems as necessary.
  • Facilitating communication and coordination regarding high-priority events and incidents with both business and technical leadership.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for business and technical collaborations.
  • Ensuring the completion of assigned tasks within the defined schedule, budget, and project scope.
  • Presenting project vision and strategy to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Developing a roadmap for planned deliverables and capabilities for each release.
  • Assessing and analyzing current systems to identify requirements.
  • Documenting the interfaces between new and legacy systems.
  • Collaborating with IT teams and developers to create effective systems.

Essential Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience as a system analyst.
  • Background in software development and documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of business information systems.
  • Ability to articulate technical details clearly.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capacity to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • A degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience of 8 years as a System Analyst.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or a related engineering discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
  • 8 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
