Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Everstaff. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients/drivers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client/driver inquiries via phone, providing assistance with rental vehicle issues, accidents, and roadside assistance.
  • Accurately capture client information and input data into our computer system.
  • Locate nearby rental agencies or body shops and provide clients/drivers with necessary information.
  • Resolve outside vendor issues and communicate with clients/drivers as needed.
  • Coordinate with tow/glass services for tows or glass repairs and facilitate warm transfers.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Previous customer service, call center, and/or car rental experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible attitude and positive personality.
