Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Donation Attendant to join our team at The Salvation Army USA Western Territory. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our donation center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized donation area, including the trailer and surrounding space.
  • Assist donors in the receipt of donated items and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sort and categorize donated materials, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Collaborate with the TSA PA/Drivers to load donations onto trucks as needed.
  • Monitor and report inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment of supplies.
  • Secure and lock the donation trailer at the end of each shift.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to pass a background check, including a criminal history and sex offender registry check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
Working Conditions

Our stores operate 7 days a week, and work schedules are determined by management. Full-time associates may be scheduled to work any full-time shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
