Job Description

Our client, a pioneering cybersecurity startup, is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead their US market expansion. With a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth, this individual will be responsible for leading the sales team in the US, focusing on the B2B mid-market, enterprise, and channel space.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security SaaS and DevOps sales, with experience in early-stage startups and a strong grasp of B2B cloud security technologies. They will be able to develop and execute sales plans, drive deals from prospecting to closing, and foster long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the US market
  • Lead and manage the sales team in the US, providing guidance and support to ensure success
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in security SaaS and DevOps sales
  • Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth
  • Experience in early-stage startups and B2B cloud security technologies
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and writing skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
