Job Description

**Overview:**

Coilplus Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the Texas/Central Texas region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct on-site sales presentations to identify new ways to use Coilplus products and open new markets
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to build the brand and develop sales strategies
  • Work closely with inventory/material management to meet customer needs and optimize inventory levels
  • Provide market-relevant information to customers to help them make informed business decisions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel extensively
  • Work authorization: United States

Experience and Education:

  • Associate degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of demonstrated successful sales experience with at least 1 year in metal sales
