Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and management for the operations and product divisions, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values.
  • Drive operational excellence by setting and achieving productivity targets, optimizing cash flow, and adhering to all compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement to meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to promote growth within the organization.
  • Engage with clients to deliver executive-level support and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle, including regulatory submissions and drug development processes.
  • Manage supply chain and operational functions post-regulatory approval for all products.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Leadership team to advance the development and regulatory strategies for innovative drug candidates.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on operational performance to the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership.
  • Lead the formulation and implementation of effective growth strategies and new service initiatives.
  • Work closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership to establish operational frameworks, including systems and personnel, to achieve strategic goals.
  • Maintain a strong presence within the operational facilities to ensure effective oversight.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in operations, ideally within a contract development and manufacturing organization or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Expertise in organizational development, personnel management, and resource allocation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with an Executive Leadership team.
