POSITION SUMMARY
A distinguished family office is in search of a part-time personal assistant to manage a variety of sensitive and routine administrative tasks. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and a collaborative spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out special requests and ad-hoc assignments
- Manage confidential payment processes
- Organize and maintain schedules for both personal and professional commitments
- Oversee household tasks, including maintenance and repairs
- Digitally archive documents as required
- Assist in planning and coordinating events
- Provide oversight and project management for special assignments to ensure timely and successful outcomes
- Perform additional duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a personal assistant or operational role
- Proficient in essential technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
- Associate's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience
- Basic understanding of arithmetic operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a confidential, client-facing role with a strong emphasis on customer service; adaptability, teamwork, and effective communication skills are essential
