Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY

A distinguished family office is in search of a part-time personal assistant to manage a variety of sensitive and routine administrative tasks. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out special requests and ad-hoc assignments
  • Manage confidential payment processes
  • Organize and maintain schedules for both personal and professional commitments
  • Oversee household tasks, including maintenance and repairs
  • Digitally archive documents as required
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events
  • Provide oversight and project management for special assignments to ensure timely and successful outcomes
  • Perform additional duties as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a personal assistant or operational role
  • Proficient in essential technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
  • Associate's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience
  • Basic understanding of arithmetic operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a confidential, client-facing role with a strong emphasis on customer service; adaptability, teamwork, and effective communication skills are essential
