Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Executive Family Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO/President and their family. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to juggle various responsibilities effectively. This is a full-time role based in our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the CEO/President's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel logistics.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO/President and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organize files, documents, and sensitive information.
  • Conduct research and create reports, presentations, and written communications.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks for the CEO and their family as required.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the CEO and their family.
  • Support business objectives by monitoring and prioritizing tasks.
  • Manage expenses, order supplies, and ensure office inventory is maintained.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive under pressure.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is essential.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
