Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY

A distinguished family office is in search of a part-time personal assistant to manage a variety of sensitive and routine administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be a collaborative individual who demonstrates responsibility and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ad-hoc assignments and special requests as needed.
  • Manage confidential payment arrangements efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for both personal and professional commitments.
  • Oversee household errands, including the supervision of repairs and maintenance tasks.

  • Assist in coordinating events and gatherings.

Required Qualifications:
