We are seeking a skilled Reception and Membership Coordinator to join our team at Hunters Run Country Club. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling membership inquiries, and coordinating club events.

About the Role:

  • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, responding to their queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage membership data, updating records and ensuring accuracy.
  • Coordinate club events, including weddings, birthday parties, and corporate functions.
  • Work closely with the events team to plan and execute successful events.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a private club, hotel, or resort setting.

Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience
