Drive Success as a Partner Development Manager

ReliaQuest, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Development Manager to join our sales team. As a critical member of our organization, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies that drive growth through our Value-Added Reseller (VAR) channel.

Your primary responsibilities will include building strong relationships with existing partners, recruiting and onboarding new partners, and identifying opportunities to grow new business within each partner. You will also work closely with our sales, marketing, and product management teams to develop go-to-market strategies and execute initiatives that achieve our business objectives, including partner expansion and financial goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of channel sales experience, a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, and deep knowledge of VAR channels. You will also need excellent communication skills, the ability to influence decision makers, and a motivated and focused approach to your work.

The estimated salary for this position is $125,000 - $185,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
