Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Partner Manager to oversee our partnerships with vendors who natively integrate with Fundraise Up, use our API integration, or run parallel to our solution. This role is crucial in expanding our integration ecosystem, driving mutual growth, and ensuring the seamless integration of Fundraise Up's technology with our partners' offerings.

The Role
You will play a key role in our 2025-2026 strategy to grow our API partnerships and contribute to our goal of being the best choice across platforms. Your primary responsibilities include developing and executing partner engagement strategies, fostering strong relationships, and driving mutual success with API integration partners. You will also lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for our REST API, working closely with internal teams and partners to maximize adoption and integration opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute partner engagement strategies for API integration partners
* Lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for our REST API
* Manage and grow existing technology partnerships while identifying and onboarding new strategic integration partners
* Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth API integrations and provide technical guidance to partners throughout the integration process
* Monitor partner performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to increase partner engagement and revenue generation
* Create and deliver partner enablement resources, including training materials, webinars, and documentation specific to API integrations

Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in partner management or solution engineering, preferably with a focus on API or technical integrations in the SaaS or nonprofit technology sector
* Strong technical understanding of APIs and integration processes
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and initiatives simultaneously
* Proven track record in developing and implementing successful partner programs, particularly in the technical integration space

* Competitive salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year, based on experience
