Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring guests receive timely and professional service.
  • Uphold brand standards and enhance the guest experience through personal recognition and attention.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints with effective service recovery strategies to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Communicate special requests or needs of guests to the team and ensure follow-through.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of one year of supervisory experience in front office or guest services. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods in front office areas.
  • Proficient in using a keyboard for various property management and reservation systems.
  • Capable of lifting, pushing, or carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Skills:

Strong communication skills are crucial for interacting with guests and team members, reflecting positively on the hotel and brand. Proficiency in reading and writing is necessary for completing reports and instructions. Basic mathematical skills are required for budgeting and financial assessments. Problem-solving and organizational skills are frequently utilized.

Work Schedule:

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.
