**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee front desk operations, ensuring that guests receive timely and professional service.
  • Maintain adherence to brand standards and enhance desk merchandising.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and address any inquiries or complaints with professionalism.
  • Implement effective service recovery strategies to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  • Communicate special requests or needs to staff and ensure proper follow-up.

**Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in front office or guest services, including supervisory experience.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

**Physical Requirements:**

This position requires:

  • Frequent standing and movement in the front office area.
  • Ability to use a keyboard for various property management systems.
  • Capability to lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

**Skills Needed:**

Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and team members. You should also be proficient in:

  • Reading and writing for documentation and reporting.
  • Basic math for budgeting and financial tasks.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills.

**Work Schedule:**

This role may require working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
