About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at Wonolo. As a key member of our Account Growth team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive account growth and retention
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to client challenges and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Travel to client sites as needed to build relationships and drive growth
Requirements
  • 4-6+ years of account management, consultative business development experience or Customer Success
  • Experience building large enterprise client relationships while also discovering and closing revenue-generating opportunities
  • Experience selling into or supporting clients in light industrial or HR/procurement organizations
  • A self-starter with strong organizational, analytical, and communications skills
  • Located in Atlanta, GA, and ability to travel to client sites
Preferred Qualifications
  • Staffing experience

  • Experience using Business Intelligence (BI) Tools
