Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction within a designated geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand customer relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory, leveraging existing customer relationships and market knowledge
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to ensure timely and accurate trade assessments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer support
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the construction equipment industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, technical school in a relevant field of study is a plus
