As we expand our operations and reach new clients, we are looking to bring on a Service Coordinator to enhance our service capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Management: You will be responsible for efficiently organizing customer appointments, assigning technicians to various tasks, and ensuring all necessary information is available for effective service execution.
  • Inventory and Parts Management: With a solid grasp of computer systems, you will handle sourcing and ordering parts, tracking deliveries, and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support our operations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the main liaison for both internal teams and external partners, you will address inquiries from customers and vendors, ensuring transparent communication and keeping all parties informed.
  • Documentation and Organization: You will maintain detailed job files, manage shipping and receiving processes, and ensure comprehensive documentation for accurate billing and service records.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Scheduling: Previous experience in managing service schedules and technician assignments within an industrial context is highly preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and a strong understanding of CRM, inventory, or ERP systems will be advantageous.
  • Cloud-Based Tools: You should be comfortable using cloud storage solutions, facilitating efficient document management and accessibility.
  • Self-Motivated and Independent: A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment are essential for success in this role.
  • Versatile and Adaptable: You should be comfortable transitioning between office and operational settings, demonstrating the ability to manage a variety of tasks and challenges.
