POSITION SUMMARY

The Field Service Coordinator plays a vital role within the Service Administration team, overseeing and facilitating field service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign and Dispatch Technicians: Allocate Field Service Technicians to various client sites for equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor Technician Activities: Review and code timecards, track job progress, and document response times for assigned technicians.
  • Service Data Management: Ensure accurate data entry into relevant systems, maintaining high standards of precision.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Consistent hand use for typing is required.
