POSITION SUMMARY

The Field Service Coordinator plays a crucial role within the Service Administration team, overseeing and facilitating field service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign and Dispatch Technicians: Allocate Field Service Technicians to various customer sites for equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor Technician Activities: Supervise daily operations of assigned technicians, including timecard verification, job status tracking, and response time documentation.
  • Service Data Management: Ensure accurate entry of service data into relevant systems.
